3. Enrollment and Program Policies
Enrollment in any Little Roots Academy program is subject to availability and the completion of all required enrollment documentation. All children must meet the age requirements and be fully potty trained prior to their first day. Little Roots Academy LLC reserves the right to decline or discontinue enrollment at its discretion, in accordance with applicable Idaho state law and childcare licensing regulations.
4. Payment and Fees
Tuition and program fees are due in accordance with the payment schedule provided at the time of enrollment. Tuition is non-refundable except as outlined in your individual enrollment contract. Please review your enrollment agreement carefully before signing.
5. Health and Safety
Parents and guardians agree to comply with all health and safety policies outlined by Little Roots Academy LLC, including our sick child policy, medication administration policy, and emergency procedures. Little Roots Academy LLC follows all Idaho state licensing requirements for childcare facilities. Our facility is a nut free environment. Children with fevers over 100 degrees or signs of illness will need to be picked up and may not return until fever and symptom free for 24 hours, or on antibiotics for at least 24 hours.
6. Photo and Media Release
From time to time, Little Roots Academy LLC may photograph or record children participating in classroom activities and events for use in marketing materials, social media, and our website. By enrolling your child, you grant Little Roots Academy LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photographs or recordings of your child for these purposes, unless you have submitted a written opt-out request at the time of enrollment or at any point during your child's attendance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law, Little Roots Academy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs.
